The Atlantic Ocean is the first thing that greets you upon walking in. The condo's light walls and tile flooring contrast perfectly against the brilliant blue scenery.

As you settle in, step into the updated kitchen to put away your groceries. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, white appliances, and a fun, colorful backsplash. In addition to being aesthetic, this space is fully functional as it provides cooking essentials, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and more. You won't have to leave the condo for oceanfront dining, as the table for six has an incredible view of the sea.

In between walks on the beach and trips to the local ice cream shops, you'll love relaxing in the condo's living area. This room is furnished with, loveseat, armchair, and a 65" Smart TV complete with cable and streaming service apps.

Additional guests can call the second and third bedrooms their own as they both provide a queen bed and ample dresser space for personals. Nearby is the guest bathroom which has a bathtub and plenty of soft towels.

The units here are all 3 bedroom/3 bath units with modern, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The complex was built in 1992 and has just 20 individual units. Located at the South end of the 13 mile barrier island that is New Smyrna, the waters directly in front of the complex are the perfect spot for great surfing and fishing. Every New Smyrna Beach Condo Rental here has balconies with close, oceanfront views. Enjoy this gated community's spectacular amenities, such as private washer and dryers inside every unit, oceanfront pool with a lap swimming lane, and even a single tennis court onsite.
