A wonderful, peaceful, well-appointed retreat which we absolutely loved! We spent a sisters/mother weekend and enjoyed mornings & evenings on the deck, with plenty of room inside to relax and chat and be together. Joy is a fantastic hostess, very responsive to questions and just a sweet lady! Beautiful views of the lake, very clean condo and property, so quiet and restful. Hoping to return for another stay!

Cute location, has a lot of potential...but, check-in was terrible! We couldn't access the check-in instructions online because of a glitch in their system and there was no one to speak to to rectify the situation. VRBO didn't recognize that we had a reservation despite the fact they sent us the confirmation. But, when I tried to reach someone who wasn't a BOT to be able to check-in I never received a response. If it wasn't for the fact that we had relatives also staying in the complex, we would not have been able to access the gate. The furniture in the family room was broken down and arranged in a way that was completely dysfunctional. The exhaust fan in the primary bath did not do the job it was created to do, which was clear out the humid air. And you better be prepared to take a cold shower, because the hot water only lasts about 4 minutes. We won't be back.

Best one yet

Most complete room we have stayed at yet. For the first time we didnt have to go buy a pizza pan to do an easy dinner after a long day. The kitchen was stocked. And the pool up on the hill was by far the most impressive pool we have ever seen for a vacation spot. Would highly recommend.

Christmas vacation

The condo was a beautiful property, great hiking, plenty of amenities, activities for the kids, and very clean. Just a short drive to all things Branson and we highly recommend it! All details have been thought of with plenty of supplies in the condo, and even included Christmas decor during our Christmas vacation. We hope to return in the summer sometime to go for a boat ride and enjoy some time outdoors.

Great Break on Table Rock Lake

Enjoyed this condo on Table Rock Lake near Kimberling City for a few days on the lake. Far enough away to enjoy the quiet, close enough to easily get to Silver Dollar City, the Branson Strip, and Branson Landing. Condo was as described and the owners were great to work with. Be sure to try the coffee shop and bakery in Kimberling City - very good!

Cozy Condo at TableRock Lake

Peaceful, relaxing, and as much adventure as you desire

I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again. It had all the things you could ever need and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need and then some. You are a close drive into Branson if you want to enjoy all the activities but this condo is also far enough away for a sense of peace. We loved walking down to table rock lake, driving to the marina, seeing the dam,etc. The host is very communitarians answers any questions you have! We all had a blast! Great place for a family getaway.

Reasonable & thoughtful accomodations - close to town.

Very clean and thoughtful accomodations. Close enough to town (and a great small town grocer- Harter House). You have to check out their meat market. The complex has a nice little pool, a gazebo, a picnic area (with two charcoal grills). It's only a short walk to a no wake cove great for kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and anchoring boats for the day. Would recommend.

Felt like Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It had all the comforts of home. The lake decor throughout the house made it feel super cozy. We loved the private deck and the view of the lake. The area felt very private & secluded, but yet it was close to town so we could easily grab groceries or a bite to eat. We highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to the Branson/Tablerock area!

Great Vacation

This was our first time down to Table Rock lake and it did not disappoint. We loved the condo and all the views and amenities that came with it. The communication and check-in process was great. The condo had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

Very nice

We had a great time on our vacation. Close to Branson and lots of things to do. Good restaurants close by. The condo had pretty much anything you would need to cook meals and more. Small pool and hot tub very close to the condo and access to the water was great. Would definitely recommend for a family of 4 or two couples.

Perfect place to stay.

We were in town for a bass tournament. We usually stayed over in the south end of the lake but decided to give this area a try. It was perfect. The property had its own ramp which made it that much better. Very clean. We will be booking this condo next year for the same tournament.
