Come on down to Port Aransas and stay in “Making Waves”. Located in the old town area of Port Aransas, this multi-level pier home has four bedrooms, three and one half baths, a private pool, and a six passenger golf cart for your entire stay.(Short term stays only) Plenty of parking as well, with room for 4 vehicles and also a golf cart.
Enter through the front gate and you will immediately walk into an oasis of the back yard. Complete with an outdoor shower, a half bath, a cornhole game, and a giant connect four game. Enjoy watching the kids swim in the pool, or watching a game on the outside TV, while grilling up dinner on either a charcoal or a propane grill; this home has both. Pool lounge chairs and tables and chairs are here as well.
Up the steps to the second floor deck. Here is a table with chairs, to sit out on and enjoy your time.
Step inside to the open floor plan and without hesitation, relax. The living area has a cozy sectional sofa, two comfy side chairs, end tables with lamps, and a smart TV with Wi-Fi. The full dining room table has seating for six with two bench seats and two chairs, with additional seating at the kitchen bar with six barstools.
The very spacious kitchen has shiny stainless steel appliances, a nice sized pantry, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything else you would need to create fabulous meals for your family. Down the hall to the left is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use while you are in the unit.
BD1) Right around the corner is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a TV with Wi-Fi. BA1) The ensuite full bath has a walk-in tiled shower, and a vanity with dual sinks.
On the third level at the top of the stairs and to the right. BD2) The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, and a TV with Wi-Fi.
BA2) Down the hall is a full bath with a tiled tub/shower combo, and a granite vanity with a sink.
BD3) The bunk room has a total of six beds, three sets of bunk beds that consist of two twin over twin bunks and a twin over queen bunk. It also has a TV with Wi-Fi.
BD4) Down the hall to the right is the third guest room. This room has a queen sized bed, nightstands with lamps, and a TV with Wi-Fi. BA3) The full size ensuite bath has a tiled walk in shower, and a granite vanity with dual sinks.
At the end of the hall is an exit to the third floor deck. From here you have a great view of the pool below, and the neighborhood view of Port A. Sit out on the rocking chair or the other furniture and enjoy the evening breezes.
