Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this retreat offers a back deck with a gas and charcoal grill in the back yard with seating to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening after a long day on the beach.

This Grand Lagoon property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious yard and tall pine trees. The property has a private feel and off the beaten path but is also close to Thomas Drive and centrally located to popular attractions! Restaurants like Dat Cajun Place Cafe, Patches Pub, Finn's Island Style Grub, C-Level Seafood & Steakhouse, Panama City Beach Winery, Captain Anderson's and Off the Hook Bar & Grill, Longboards Restaurant & Bar, Capt. Jacks Family Buffet, and more are just 2-3 miles away! If you are planning on staying in after a long day out and want to eat in, then there is a Publix and Winn Dixie 1.5 miles away.

Family entertainment is right around the corner within 3 miles. Ripley's Believe it or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, WonderWorks, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, and ZooWorld to name a few.

Not fancy but mostly functional "home" in PCB

This is a modular home that has seen better years. I thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived. It looked condemed (notice there are no pictures of the outside of the building on VRBO). On the inside the main living area and couches were nice and the TV's worked great. The beds fit our family of seven. The washer/dryer combo worked well. The air conditioning worked and the building didn't leak in a heavy rain. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The owner communicated well and responded to questions. However, it smelled very musty, only one shower had hot water, their were ants in one closet due to food not cleaned up and cockroaches in the additonal bedroom, There were exposed wires in places, stains on the ceiling and the floor in the hallway was punky..the laminate even seperated which we avoided for fear of falling through. There is only seating for 4 at the kitchen table which was inconvenient for our larger family but we made it work. If you are not looking for anything fancy, need lots of beds for a more reasonable price and are not intimidated by the above shortcomings, this "home" will work for you.

Growing up, our family trips during summer vacations were to the lovely destination right here in Panama City Beach, Florida. A lot of good memories and nostalgia still exist. Panama City has had a substantial facelift and offers a lot of new and exciting entertainment and delicious restaurants. For those that like some of the more traditional Panama City favorites some are fortunately still around.

I have compiled a binder that we have in the living room that shares some of the recommendations of our personal favorites that we like to frequent during our stay at the beach. There are a lot of places and things that we have not yet explored but we hope that you share your experiences in our guest book so that we can also try them out!

Get away from the hustle and bustle and be close to it at the same time. A great little quiet escape at the end of the cul-de-sac that offers room for 8 guests and is centrally located to just about everything.

The property is centrally located to dozens of stores and restaurants. This property has a very large front and back yard that is away from busy streets. The tall pine trees hover over the property and provide a peaceful park-like environment. Birds and squirrels are lively in the area and the neighborhood is very quiet. This house is very close to the Gulf coast for a lazy day at the beach. If you are staying back from the group, you can enjoy a private area in the back of the property. There is a rocking chair to read a book on the back deck as well as a fire pit for cooking smores or just relaxing with friends in the evenings or cooler weather.
