Watch the sailboats launch from the West Dennis Yacht Club as you walk to the beach. Have lunch at the snack bar so you can spend the whole day lounging in the sand and playing in the ocean. Head to the Sand Bar for drinks at happy hour on your walk home to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

After walking back from the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. Then enjoy the large, private backyard where the kids can play whiffle ball! You can use the gas grill to whip up burgers for dining on the oversized, fully furnished deck or head out to many of the fantastic restaurants in the area. Don’t forget to stop at Sundae School for ice cream on your way home!

The sparkling new, spacious kitchen has all the amenities and appliances you could ever want. For meals, gather around the large dining room table or sit on the barstools at the marble kitchen island. Then head to the beautifully furnished, sun-drenched living room with twenty-foot-high cathedral ceilings, two massive skylights, and a 65-inch flat screen HDTV for movie night.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 people with three bedrooms and one bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third room has a double bed and a bunk bed.
