Relax, unwind and have a great time in this spacious home with plenty of room! Located in Geneva minutes away from SPIRE Institute, wine country and the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake strip!

Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

The main floor:
-Spacious living room with board games and smart TV
-Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in
-Dining room with gorgeous wood dining table and comfortable chairs
-"Bedroom" #4 with two twin size bunk beds with memory foam beds, dresser and arcade game.
-Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
-Half bathroom

The second level:
-Bedroom #1 with king size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, sofa and smart TV. Ensuite with walk-in shower.
-Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV.
-Bedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV
-Fully stocked linen closet

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish soap, laundry soap and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

~Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

~Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

~There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

Friends Wine Weekend

The host was very responsive to questions. Great location to wineries and great food in downtown Ashtabula. Beds were comfortable and large table was great for games and cards after visiting wineries. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location to wineries. The host was very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay. The only SMALL negatives were the kitchen could have been equipped with more plates, silverware and pot and pans. The living room carpet was stained. Otherwise all was great?

Overall our stay was fine. There several safety issues that need to be addressed. These concerns were given to the owner as a note upon our leaving. The home was fine for 10 adults.

Really nice neighborhood. Great yard!

This home was clean with very comfortable beds. The yard was large and extremely well kept. In fact, the entire neighborhood was pleasing and inviting! The only slight surprise was that the “bedroom” with the double set of bunks is actually an open room (perhaps the original office or dining?) right off the foyer and straight across from the living room area. It does not have a door and gets a lot of early morning light because of sun coming through large foyer window. It worked out for us because by the time we got back to the house it was past normal bed times and the kids fell right to sleep. In the mornings we were getting up early to go do activities, but I could see that being a factor on a different occasion. It lacks privacy with no door or separation of any sort. For instance if adults wanted to stay up and watch some TV or visit later, it would be difficult to do so without potentially disturbing the kids. As I said, it worked well for our needs this time, but just wanted to make others aware. Pro tip.. always travel with sound machines just in case!

Great Stay

The house was exactly what we needed for our weekend family winery tour. The homes was comfortable and perfectly located. The fire alarm did go off and the host quickly communicated and arrived at the property to resolve the issue. Which turned out to have needed a battery replacement. Outside of that, our stay went off without a hitch!

Relaxing vacation

This property was very easy to locate close to I80, but far enough that you don’t hear that traffic. We stayed for 5 days and had plenty of room for everyone. We had our husky with us and she felt just at home. Overall, we had a nice time here.

Great Family Vacation!

Rebekah was an amazing host. The house was clean and just as described. We had age ranges from a 3 month old to 75 year old. The home had plenty of space. It was located in a quiet subdivision. The family loved the back deck and fire pit out back. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!!

We had an awesome girls weekend! The house accommodated all of our needs and allowed almost all of the girls to have their own bed (we had 10 attendees). The driveway was also long enough to accommodate 5 cars (plus 2 in the garage). The house was clean and well maintained. The only thing we were a little surprised about was the location of the 4 bunk rooms right off of the living room (and not having a door or curtain for some privacy), but we didn’t mind. While we were in town, we did a wine tour through Barrels and Bridges that picked us up at the vrbo (Highly recommend you ask for Karen!). The only thing I would recommend is bring extra trash bags- I had a few extra with me, but did run out the last day on the way out. Overall, this was an awesome and clean Vrbo to accommodate a larger group!

Location was close to wineries and made it easy to get around. Stairs are a little steep and can be slippery in socks.
