Parkview Cottage in the Heart of Youngstown - Sleeps 4/Dog Friendly

Welcome to Parkview Cottage! A cozy, walkable retreat with a charming front porch and peaceful park views. Just steps to Youngstown’s shops, restaurants, ice cream parlor, and the free shuttle to Niagara Falls. We are located a 15 minute leisurely walk from Fort Niagara State Park and a short 20 minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park.

Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch as children play at the park and the sun sets over the river. This updated 1855 home blends historic charm with modern comfort and features two comfortable queen bedrooms, with blackout shades in both.

There is a private apartment attached to the rear of the cottage. You may be sharing a wall with a neighboring guest during your stay. There is a shared laundry room located in the basement that is accessible from an exterior door and a community fire pit/grill space outdoors. All interior unit spaces are private and not shared.

Parkview Cottage guests do have exclusive use of the front porch area.

>Dogs are limited to a strict maximum of two, small dogs (35lb or less)
>Pets must be housebroken and kept off of upholstered furniture.
>Pets must be supervised at all times and can not be left on the property unattended under any circumstances.
>Owner must keep barking to a minimum.
>Pet waste must be removed from yard and disposed of in the trash bins located on the exterior/side of house.
> Pets should be on a leash while outdoors, which includes Falkner Park located across the street.
>We highly recommend treating your pet with flea and tick medication before your trip!
