4 bedrooms have A/C however the main areas such as kitchen, living room, dining room do not.

Guest access
All areas are accesible to guests except for:
- 2 locked rooms located in the right side of the stairs,
- housekeeper's house,
- storage room at the entrance of the property, and
- storage area beneath the stairs.

Other things to note

EARLY CHECK-IN
If available, we can be flexible in allowing you to check in early.

LATE CHECKOUT
If possible, we can allow a late check out for an additional fee of $30. This will cover up to 4 hours passed 12pm.
If you need to stay longer than 4 hours, even if its for reasons out of your control (weather, transportation) we will need to charge for an extra night.

LONG STAYS
Electricity expenses are not included in stays exceeding 21 days. A fixed fee of $500/month applies.
