Chateau Laurel is the ultimate luxury log cabin with almost 5,000 square feet of space, that offers cabin seclusion with modern amenities, and with beautiful mountain views, sitting on 3 private acres. Located in the beautiful and historic Lake Lure area, you're just 15-20 minutes from the beach and waterpark, Flowering Bridge as well as shops and restaurants.

Expanding over 3 levels, there will be enough space for everyone to breathe and relax! You will immediately notice the detail in the timber frame structure, soaring vaulted ceilings, as well as the custom stone gas fireplace and the wall of windows to take in the view. The spacious great room has plenty of comfortable seating for your group and flows right into the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. The dining room is intimate and a perfect spot to gather for meals, share stories or step outside, where you can soak in the views from the wrap-a-round deck, making memories to last a lifetime.

4 guest rooms have been decorated for our guests in mind with comfortable beds and attention to detail. There is also a separate office for those times you need to get a little work done. Home Truths:
- Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, 2024 through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
