Wear and Tear:
Our customer satisfaction is #1 priority, please understand, this property is not a primary residence and the guests should not expect to stay in a brand new home or brand new amenities. The wear and tear is high due to the number of guests, back to back reservations, and limited time between reservations.

Cleaning:
The cleaning is done by a professional cleaning company. If they missed something we will be happy to send them over to fix.

Service Calls and Maintenance:
Emergency service calls such as leaks, HVAC, flood, and fire will have first priority and will be provided by a 3rd party service provider, based on their schedule and availability. We cannot guarantee speed of repair specifically when it comes to HVAC issues or major appliances. Although we do our best to provide the fastest solution possible.

Guest Access:

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking home.
*Dogs allowed, no other pets. Maxium two dogs, 25 lbs each.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are allowed at this property,
*Parking for up to six vehicles.
*Gas grills on property.
*Washer/Dryer located in the property.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.


1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
