The basement holds hours of entertainment featuring a large theater room with 12 reclining seats and an 85-inch smart TV. You'll also find the game room in the basement with a pool table, air hockey table and Big Buck Hunter arcade game! The gourmet kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils, along with a coffee bar, allowing for beautiful evenings spent in the lodge—perfect for hiring a private chef!

Seating for 12 at the dining room table and luxurious, comfortable furnishings as you recline by the fireplace and enjoy the views from every angle!

No arguing over the master suite! This luxury lodge boasts 4 King master suites with private bath! There are 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 total) in the 5th bedroom with an attached private bath.

The lodge is equipped with high-speed WiFi, new Samsun HD smart TVs in every bedroom and common area with YoutubeTV for live television as well as your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more.

Rental Agreement and Policies: Guest is responsible for reading. reviewing and signing the Rental Agreement. Please be aware there are security cameras on the exterior of the home only recording audio and video. There may be construction in the surrounding area and the potential for construction noise during normal business hours. For your safety, do not enter any construction areas. No pets are allowed in the cabin at anytime. No smoking is permitted in the cabin or on the decks.


Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide a few courtesy items to get you started for your stay but do not stock supplies meant to last an entire stay. There are 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, a small dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil or other condiments.

Is there a bedroom on the main floor?

Yes, there is a bedroom with attached full bathroom on the main floor.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside of the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided.

Are there appliances and a coffee maker?

Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (with cone style filters).

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and wash cloths are provided in each bathroom.

Are pets allowed?
No pets of any kind are allowed in the cabin at anytime.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?

1 courtesy roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided.

Are there TVs and cable?

Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features a large HD smart TV. Each TV will come equipped with YoutubeTV for access to live cable channels. Additionally each TV has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and many more of your favorite streaming apps that you are able to login to with your own credentials at your convince.

Does the cabin have any games or activities?

The cabin features a pool table and air hockey table. There is also a Big Buck Hunter video arcade game. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. Additionally, there is a movie theater room with 12 theater style seats and 85" TV. There is also a 10 person jacuzzi on the bottom patio overlooking the mountains.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?

The cabin is less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The roads to and from the cabin are wide, paved and maintained by the city.

Are there bears?

Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them. Please do not allow children outside unaccompanied as there is wildlife in the area.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?

Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and you will be less than a 10 minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as the new observation bridge, the largest in North America! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to the Ober ski resort.

Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. Smoking may be done outside in the parking area at least 15 feet from the building.

We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as a hedge against unseen circumstances that may affect travel plans, including COVID-19. Currently there is no restriction on travel to our area, the area is open 100% for businesses and our property will be ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.

Guest access
Your electronic door code will be provided to you the week before your stay, along with additional check in instructions. Parking is directly in front of the cabin and can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars.

Other things to note
Guest must provide a photo ID to the host and sign the rental agreement with the host in order to complete the reservation in order to comply with local requirements. Please be aware that this is in the Great Smoky Mountains and there is potential dangerous wildlife all around. While they are typically scared of humans please do NOT feed or interact with any bears. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home only recording audio and video.
