Spacious home with everything you could want for a fun Michigan vacation!

The gathering place of this home is open and perfect for creating memories with your loved ones. The plush sectional in the living room is a great place to relax watching a movie and chatting. Come together to craft a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent dining area has a large table that expands to seat 10+ so you can enjoy that meal together as one.

Just off the kitchen you have the option of heading out to the screen porch with relaxing outdoor furniture or onto the overly spacious deck with multiple seating areas. The screen porch is perfect for your morning coffee and quiet time before others awake for the day. The deck has plenty of areas to spread out and come together including outdoor dining.

Just off the deck is the enticing backyard area complete with private hot tub and built-in fire pit area. Relax in the Adirondack chairs, roast up some marshmallows, and reminisce of years past. There is also a grassy lawn for games or little ones to play.

Back inside the home you will find six ample bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms feature king size beds and there is one additional bedroom with a twin and a twin bunk bed. Three master suites makes this the ideal home for a group coming together.

Enjoy a short, scenic stroll down prestigious Lakeshore Drive while listening to the sounds of the waves and admiring the collection of homes and cottages. About 3/4 mile down you will find Douglas Beach Park which has a beautiful Lake Michigan beach for you to enjoy, a picnic area, and convenient bathrooms. Our famous Oval Beach is less than 2 miles away where you can spend endless days in the sunshine and squishing your toes in the sand.

Located only a 5 minute drive to either downtown Douglas or Saugatuck, you will have a selection of activities at your finger tips. From the assortment of shops and ice cream parlors, to the Broadway-quality theater and local puppet shows, to boat rides and dining options, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Please Note:
This home is located in a residential area with mostly year-round residents. Quiet hours of 11pm - 7am EST are strictly enforced. Please be respectful of the neighbors. 
Though this home is all one level, there are 4 steps required to enter. 
We are happy to welcome your dogs. Please make sure to pick up after them.
