Brand New Kitchen: Eat-in bar with seating for four, high-end appliances including full sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee machine. You will have all the necessities provided to prepare and serve your favorite meals with bowls, utensils, and much more.
Brand New Living Room: RH Sofa w/memory foam Queen pull out sleeper, a gorgeous wood table, an inviting side chair, contemporary side tables, and tasteful lamps create a perfect space to make you feel right at home. 65'' Flat screen television is located in the living room with all streaming services available, just log into your preferred selections. Adjacent is a decorous and modern dining table set to get you even closer to the breathtaking view.
Brand New Bedroom: Magnificent ocean view, Thuma bed frame, King size Stearns & Foster Mattress, luxurious bedding, chic side tables, refined task lamps, and light beige black out curtains complete the look of this relaxing place to confidently promote a comfortable and restful night's slumber. Ample closet space with nearby dressing area highlights built-in spacious drawers and a gray veined quartz countertop allowing for additional storage and accessibility to your belongings. A wood sliding door creates separation and privacy between bedroom and living area.
Brand New Bathroom: Stacked large subway tile surround, glass enclosed shower, long chrome rain shower head, a separate chrome handheld shower head, calming earth toned tile flooring, chrome down-lit bathroom vanity light, and gray veined quartz countertop vanity effortlessly merge classic and simple sophistication.

Our guests have complete access to the unit except the locked storage closet near the front door.

***All guests must abide by all local, state and federal laws and any violation of house rules could result in immediate removal.
***PARKING - Located in building and is an extra expense. As of Fall of 2022 the current amount is 28.00 per day. There is also a great car service option called Hui (app download). It’s a car program that is pay by the hour use. They have a fleet of vehicles located on the 5th floor.
***SUPPLIES - The unit comes equipped with enough products to get you started. However, once depleted guests will be responsible to supply their own.
***GUESTS - Only booked guests are allowed in the unit. Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed or to stay overnight. No parties or events. Commercial photography and filming is not allowed.
***QUIET HOURS - 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
***CHECK-IN - 3:00 PM. Primary Guest needs to be present at check-in. Primary guest is responsible for conveying rules to other staying guests and responsible for ensuring they adhere to them.
***CHECK-OUT - 10:00am. Notice to Vacate: Reservation ends at 10:00 AM day of check out. Call to confirm availability for a late checkout. LATE CHECK-OUT FEE is 50% of nightly rate, plus taxes. We are unable to store luggage prior to check-in and post check out.
***DAY OF CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE - Empty refrigerator & freezer, place all trash in a bag, secure tightly, and discard in trash chute (turn left at front door, all the way down the hall on 9th floor) according to the Building Rules. Place all used towels on bathroom floor. Load all used dishes, cookware, and utensils in dishwasher, load dishwasher pack, and start machine. Sign-out of all your television accounts. Close and lock slider, draw shut bedroom curtains and draw slider curtains, lock front door, shut off A/C, turn off all lights.
***TELEVISION - Sign into available streaming services with your login information. Please remember to sign-out of your accounts prior to departure.
***LAUNDRY - Located on the 8th floor (shared). Payment through PayRange app (download the app while in the USA or Canada) or payment via credit card.
***REPORTING - Immediately report any leaks or damage to the unit and its contents. Any damage to the property or items or lost items will result in an extra cost to repair damaged property/items or to replace. Your reservation payment method may be charged if damage occurs during the stay.
***OWNER/MANAGER ACCESS - The building also occasionally requires all units for routine pest control and maintenance (plumbing and air conditioning). Building Management sets the scheduled service dates and times. The choice to be present or not is yours. Owner/Manager will be able to access the unit upon giving reasonable notice for the above and also in case of emergencies of repairs. I will be available for any questions or concerns you may have.
