Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits next to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access just one mile from the front door!


 


STEPS from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A pleasant mile walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.

Ascending the wooden staircase you'll find an open living and dining area with soaring tongue and groove ceilings, abundant natural light and coastal contemporary ambience. The fully appointed kitchen offers plenty of cooking space with quartz countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry, perfect for the most discriminating home chef. On the third floor, you'll find a large bedroom with built-in Twin beds & pullout Queen Sleeper Sofa. This is the perfect place for the Kids to hang out! The carriage home provides a lovely space for additional guests, with full kitchen, separate living room (with another pullout Queen sleeper sofa), Queen Guest Room, and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
