NO PARKING & RESORT FEE IN WEST MAUI WITH AMAZING OCEAN VIEW CONDO

Host beware!! This family is scam. I would not advise any host to host them. We have excellent reviews and 5 stars on another hosting site. Airrrbnnbbb Let me explain whet happened here, This family had many questions before last minute booking and we happily agreed to accommodate them and answered all questions. The day this family checked in, started asking for refund to VRBO telling them they left the property without alerting me or or talking to me if there were problems.VRBO agent called me and told me, Guest left the property due to place smelling like drugs and no parking available!!! I was very surprised to hear from agent about this. This has never happened in my place. I immediately called the cleaner and she told me NO, nothing smells like that in the unit. All good. Called the property manager and told me, we have enough parking available. I thought ok if guest is unhappy will refund the money if they left my Condo.I asked the agent to connect to guest as guest was calling VRBO agent many times asking for refund. When I talked to the guest, which was the husband, totally different scenario. They have not left the place. They have parked the car and happily settled in my Condo. I then asked about the drug smelling issues and parking issues. Per guest no issues with parking. One lie already. Guest didn't leave the Condo. Happily settled down. 2nd lie. When I asked about drug smells, per guest it was neighbor Condo who smoked weed that time and that was the smell he felt out side the Condo but it was not big deal for him. Inside condo was fine. 3rd lie of drug smells. Now he brings there were police car and he and his family felt unsafe. I had never had that issues before so I reached out to my property manager again and asked if anything happened in the Condo and why police car were there. Property Manager confirmed police car present for short time as there were domestic violence between one of the short term renters in one condo. It did not involve any other condo. I Told him it's very safe area. He didn't care. He used F... word while talking with me. I told him, if he leaves right now and vacate my condo then I can refund his money slashing cleaning and tax money. I don't want unhappy guest in my Condo. However he doest want to leave that night as it is late. Then I told him I will slash one night stay and cleaning fee with tax and returnd his rest money which I did. I could have not done that. Never host this family. HIGH ALERT HOST SCAM
