The exclusive neighbourhood of Condado is well-connected and easy to navigate. Whether travelling by car, public transportation, or on foot, you'll have no problem getting around during your stay.

If you're driving, there are several parking options available. Many restaurants and shops in Condado offer on-street parking, and several public parking garages are nearby. Just so you know, parking fees may apply, so be sure to check with the individual establishments for more information.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive, several public transportation options are available in the area. The San Juan Metrobus and Tren Urbano systems both have stops in Condado, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Additionally, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area, making it easy to get around without a car.

10. No illegal activities are allowed on the property.
11. No candles or open flames are allowed on the property.
12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
13. No items may be removed from the property without permission from

15. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host.
16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property.
18. The property must be used only for lawful purposes.

20. No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.

26. The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is as stated in

28. Any complaints or issues with the property or other guests must be

29. Guests need to turn off the air conditioners when they're leaving the

Fastantic Stay in Condado
I recently stayed for two days at a property in San Juan and it was great! The internet was super fast, which is a huge plus for me. The location is in one of the city's posh areas, adding a nice touch of class to the stay. What really stood out was the quick and helpful staff. They were on point with everything, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I'm definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
