The Space:
The house features an expansive backyard complete with a year-round heated pool with in-pool loungers, an outdoor TV, surround sound outdoor speakers, a grill, and a lush garden filled with tropical plants. Inside, you'll find a spacious living and dining room that features plenty of seating, a 75" HDTV, and another custom built dining table that can seat 10 people. 21-CSTR-16968. 22-OSTR-01683.

Other Things to Note:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.

For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool is within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.

Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.

Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.

Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
