Tucked into a prime location within the Palmilla community, you’ll be just 100 yards from the golf clubhouse, and just a short walk to the Whispering Dunes Crossover for beach access. All the shops, restaurants, cafés, and amenities of downtown Port Aransas are around three miles away. Within the resort you’ll find several restaurants, a gym, and a resort-style pool.

At home, the shady front porch is the perfect perch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Inside, the open living space boasts a sleek design, with abundant natural light and stylish, brand-new furnishings. The open floor plan combines the living room and kitchen, where the group’s chef will be pleased to find a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming quartz countertops, and all the cookware they need to whip up a feast. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Spend evenings on the plush sofa watching a bit of TV or pull it out to have a movie night on the sofa bed, checking social media feeds with the free WiFi, or just relaxing back outside on the porch. Matching primary bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, plus a bunk room for the kids, make for serene nights of sleep. THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
