Our community is quiet, clean, gated for your safety, and conveniently located off of I-75. Our condo association, in order to provide a safe environment for everyone, requires a basic background check along with your rental application. Contact us for the necessary paperwork, and we can email you the information you will need. This unit has never been rented, and the association allows only one rental agreement per year. For this reason, this condo must be rented for a minimum of three months, a maximum of four months.
