Welcome to our Shouse on the water!

Lakefront shouse in Sunrise Beach at the 13 MM in a beautiful cove with an Amazing views of the main lake! The ultimate vacation home for families or groups. This Shouse is 2200 sq ft and newly built with all the upscale finishes. This home has 2 levels and sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. Need more room for additional family and friends? We have a huge loft area that would hold a large blow up mattress.

This one-of-a-kind shouse has 4 bedrooms with 2 Master Suites and 3 1/2 baths.
The master bedroom is located on the main level. It offers a king size bed with private ensuite.
Bedroom #2 is on the upper level, it has a queen size bed with an ensuite.
Bedroom #3 is located on the upper level. It has a queen size bed.
Bedroom #4 also is on the upper level. It has a full size bed and shares the common area bathroom.

The living area is located on the main level. This open concept area is very spacious, is lined with large windows, and has a large sectional. Complete with flatscreen TV. This makes a perfect entertaining space.

This lakefront property is luxuriously furnished with modern quality and comfortable furnishing. The kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, ample seating, and is equipped with everything you need to create a great meal.
For those who need to work while on vacation, we have a desk area off the kitchen and we have wifi.
We have smoke detectors and carbon monoxide throughout the shouse. We also have a RING doorbell at the FRONT DOOR.


| OUTDOOR SPACE |

This is the perfect spot for summertime with your favorite people! Make sure to bring your yard games, the outdoor space is huge! Enough space for bags, washers, or any other of your outdoor games.

There is a large patio off the lower level, which has a gas grill and seating for everyone. You will love the views from the patio while enjoying your morning coffee or your favorite night cap.

The dock is just a few steps from the shouse. You can tie up 1 boat on the side of the dock during your stay. The swim platform is perfect for soaking up the sun and has easy access into the lake with the water steps right off the dock. This is space is shared with the owners of the dock.

The shouse is not handicapped accessible and the driveway can hold up to 4-6 cars. If you are bringing a boat and trailer, we recommend Shawnee Bend Public Access in Sunrise Beach for launching your boat.

The shouse is right over the toll bridge and just minutes from grocery stores, golf courses, shopping and many restaurants. There are numerous waterfront restaurants within a 5 minute boat ride. There are several boat rental locations nearby.

If you are looking for a place to host a bachelor/bachelorette party or any other type of wild party, please book a different property. This is a family oriented home that is intended for responsible families.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 6 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.
