Enjoy an amazing Maui vacation along the shores of South Kihei at Maui Kamaole M106. Located across the street from Kamaole III Beach Park, our spacious, quiet, and private ground floor, split level, condo offers a comfortable and clean home to unwind after long days of adventuring around the island. The outdoor space is lovely and provides a wonderful setting to enjoy meals or to just kick back and relax. Listed as a 1bedroom, our condo has a second smaller room with a queen bed. Recently updated in June 2023!

Maui Kamaole Resort is conveniently located in Kihei, Maui, across South Kihei Road from Kamaole III Beach park and the Kihei Boat Ramp. The beach park is a great spot to enjoy the ocean and watch amazing Maui sunsets. Kihei boat ramp is where you can find the best South Maui boat excursions including Molokini snorkel trips or fishing charters. You can't beat this convenient location, just a few minutes from all the Kihei shopping and restaurants and also a few minutes from the luxury of Wailea's famous resorts, beaches and the Shops of Wailea.
Resort Fee: There's a one-time resort fee of $30 charged at time of booking.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control.
