- Guest Entry & Security: Entry should be made only through the front door, which is equipped with a Ring doorbell and Nest smart lock. This is the main access point for all guests.

- Shoes Off Policy: We kindly ask that guests remove their shoes at the front entrance to help keep the home clean and comfortable.

- House Rules & Info: The House Rules, Wi-Fi details, and House Manual are all clearly posted near the front entrance for your convenience.

☀ Quiet Hours – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
☀ Bedroom Access – Guests have access to 2 out of 3 bedrooms; one bedroom remains locked.
☀No Smoking, Drugs, or Littering – Smoking (tobacco, vape, cannabis), drug use, and littering are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the house, on the porch, deck, and in the garage. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on or near the property, including the street, as there are no designated areas or safe disposal options for cigarette waste. A $500 violation fee will apply for any evidence of smoking (tobacco, vape, cannabis) indoors or outdoors.
☀ Security Cameras – Please do not tamper with the Ring video camera.
☀ Screen Doors – Keep screen doors closed at all times.
☀ No Eating in Bedrooms – To maintain cleanliness, please refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
☀ Oily Products – Avoid contact between oily products and the headboard of the queen bed.
☀ Check-Out Time – 10:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a fee, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
☀ No Third-Party Bookings – The reservation holder must be the one staying at the property.
☀ No Additional Guests – Only the guests listed on the booking are allowed on the property. No unregistered or extra guests are permitted at any time. If more guests arrive than what was included in the booking (for example, if 2 guests are booked but 4 arrive), an Extra Guest Fee of $50 per person, per night will apply to each unregistered overnight guest. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests total, and exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited.
