The cabin was perfect. Lisa has thought of every detail to make it comfortable! I really appreciate her refillable pods for the coffee maker! It is a little treasure. It is very close to Ichetucknee State Park which was great for us.

The Cozy Cabin was just that...Cozy!! Everything was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, games for kids, bathroom amenities, a grill for outdoor cooking and more. The cabin is absolutely adorable. A definite must see! The price is much lower than what I would expect to pay for something this nice!

Ichetucknee River run! 3 rivers estates!

Randy was so accommodating with getting where we needed to be for the spring run. Btw the A/C is amazing! Just pure fun. Anyone will love this place! Like staying with family.

Wonderful experience!!

Lisa was so attentive and got back to me so quickly. Very nice cabin with everything we needed. Randy’s hospitality was amazing. Took us on an off road tour to show us the area. Fun experience!! Perfect getaway!

Super cute and cosy cabin that had everything we needed! The best part about this spot is that we had an access key to the local three river estate spot that you can launch your tube, canoe etc and float down the river. We were unaware that the itchnucketee springs state park was closed due to hurricane clean up so it was l great access to have that key to be able to have access to the river. The host live on property and were super friendly and helpful ! We will definitely be back ! Thank you !

Great (if not best) option around Cave Country

This cabin has everything you would expect: fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and even a washer and dryer. Hosts are amazing - always checking if you need something to make your stay even better. I stayed there for 5 nights during my cave diving training. I could have not chosen a better option. I will have this property as my first option in North Florida.

Absolutely cozy time.

This stay is the EPITOME of cozy. My husband and i were looking for a small place to stay near Ginnie Springs and the cabin is 20 or so minutes from the Ginnie Springs property, and just a few minutes from Ichnetucknee Springs. When guests first arrive, they’ll notice the nice porch and outdoor sitting areas, finished with a bench and a small table with chairs. The owners provide a bit of fire wood, too. When guests walk in, they will walk in to the living area, to the left the kitchen, and ahead the bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen is FULLY stocked - grilling gear, cheese grater, baking pans, pots/pans and stove top utensils. I was so impressed with the kitchen! The owners provide coffee and a Keurig, which we very much appreciated. The decor of the cabin is so sweet and homey. It’s quintessential River cabin chic, and so cute. The bathroom is very spacious and the water gets very hot, which is refreshing after days at the springs. We enjoyed the charcoal grill and fire pit. The owners were kind enough to leave some spring water to drink. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend the property to our loved ones. Thank you so much!

The best stay I have had so far coming up to the springs!! Location is perfect, only about a half mile to the park and river. The cabin was clean and very cozy perfect for two with everything you will need for your stay. Couldn’t have asked for better host’s!!!! They were the friendliest and best I have ever had, really made you feel at home and welcome! Can’t wait to go back again, definitely recommend staying here!
