Magical 6BR Villa w/Private Pool, Free Resort Access & Private Pool near Disney

Family-friendly, Disney themed luxury vacation home in the upscale ChampionsGate resort, close to Disney parks! ChampionsGate resort has it all! The clubhouse area includes fitness center, waterpark, spa, zero entry pool, lazy river, theater, restaurant, and tiki bar. There is a shuttle bus that takes guests around to other areas of ChampionsGate resort, where you can find a playground, basketball court, and tennis courts. There are also two golf courses where guests can play 9 or 18 holes (designed by Greg Norman) for an additional fee. Our kids love going for evening walks to watch the Disney fireworks in the distance from in front of the clubhouse area! We also spend tons of time at Disney, which is about 15 minutes away.

Featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, it is a perfect fit for families and friends traveling together with kids of all ages.




THE SPACE:

This beautifully decorated, Disney themed home can accommodate up to 17 adults comfortably, plus one to two infants and two toddlers. This home is tastefully decorated to appeal to kids and the kids at heart! Owned by a family of Disney and Harry Potter lovers, this home has a theme for every room to immerse yourself for your magical vacation. The downstairs, themed with Mickey and friends, has an open concept. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, blending with the dining room, living room, and play room. The large dining table located next to the kitchen island makes it the ideal place to share a meal with friends and family. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery for kids and adults, plastic and glass dinnerware, a Keurig machine. We also provide some Disney themed small appliances for your stay, including a Mickey crock pot and an Olaf waffle maker. Seasoning items are not provided for the safety reasons of our guests. All bedrooms are uniquely-styled with popular Disney characters and each has a TV. The Mickey and friends themed play room on the first floor has books, toys, play houses, and coloring materials for kids of all ages. There are two movie rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs movie room is Mickey and friends themed like the rest of the open concept first floor, and the upstairs movie room immerses you in a Star Wars theme. The Harry Potter garage game room has a foosball table, pool table, basketball game, skeeball game, and card table. It features several props based on the movies, including a screaming mandrake, the sorting hat, Quidditch balls, a wand operated Hogwarts crest light, a Platform 9 ¾ light, and Hedwig. The large patio features a cushioned sofa, a dining table, and sun chairs, as well as a large pool (heating is an optional paid service at $35 per night) that will certainly make this your favorite place in the house. This home will make your vacation special! The home comes with WIFI and a washer and dryer.

POOL MAINTENANCE:

Pool heat is offered at $35 additional per day. Please provide at least 2 days’ prior notice and payment if you wish to add this service. The pool and equipment are cleaned and maintained by a professional pool service on a regular basis. As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur as well as the need to shock a pool when the posted pool instructions that help keep the filtration systems working properly are not followed. The pool cleaners come every Tuesday afternoon around 1PM and typically guests can resume use of the pool about 2 hours after they come to treat it. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool contractor and ask them to attend to the issue as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be remedied within 24 hours, a guest refund may be issued up to a maximum of $35 for each day that the pool was not usable. This refund fee is based on the industry average pool heating fee, and refunds are issued at our sole discretion.



PEST CONTROL:

This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation.




WELCOME KIT:


When you arrive at the property, you should find everything you need to get your vacation started. Guests are responsible for replenishing their own additional products during their vacation stay. Here are the items you will find upon arrival:

• Starter Roll of Toilet Paper in Each Bathroom

• Starter Roll of Paper Towels in the Kitchen

• 3 Trash Bags

• 4 dishwasher pods and 4 laundry pods

• 1 bar of hand soap for each sink

• 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion, and 1 body wash for each bathroom

• 4 coffee pods for the Keurig




SAFETY:

There is a front door camera for your safety.




Other Things to Note:

There's parking available in the driveway for two cars. Note that limited street parking is available, but ChampionsGate has a maximum of 3 vehicles per home (a penalty may apply/towing for more than 3 vehicles), and the resort does not offer any additional parking.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer a private pool and a washer and dryer.

In the garage, guests will find several baby items, including a pack and play, strollers, baby bouncers, booster seats, and high chairs. The additional full bathroom on the first floor next to the patio has a door that opens to the patio, and the kitchen also has a slider to the patio.

Accommodations are furnished with an adult dining table and a small kids table with 4 chairs, as well as a kitchen island with 4 chairs. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils for kids and adults, as well as some small appliances.
