This beautiful Surfside condo in Miramar Beach is the perfect spot to make lasting memories. Located just steps away from the beach, its open concept living area is ideal for a relaxed coastal getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the spacious bedrooms provide plenty of comfort for everyone. Enjoy the sound of the waves and the feeling of the sand between your toes as you take in the incredible ocean view from your private balcony. With a variety of nearby attractions and activities, this is the perfect place to get away and make some special memories.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed, private bathroom, and gorgeous gulf views. The guest bedroom can sleep up to four beach lovers in the two full size beds. The living area has a sleeper sofa. There is also a lockout unit that hosts a King bed, kitchenette and a private balcony with incredible views.

This beautiful beachfront resort offers cozy accommodations with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the delicious dining options to the luxurious spa and fitness center, Surfside Resort has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

A sky bridge from the pool deck crosses over Scenic Gulf Drive, allowing vacationers easy access to the beach. The pool deck offers a large heated pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, and glorious beach views.

Beautiful views & Great Location

The condo was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of room, easy check in, stunning views, easy access to the beach. We loved our stay in Destin and will definetly be back.

Great view and condo

The location is great. It’s nice to be at this end of the beach, it’s not so crowded. You have a great bar and restaurant. The condo was clean and nice with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. I’d stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view facing the beach. To reserve was great very nice! For the price I expected better. Have rented at Surfside and other places several times and been older yet nicer compared to this one. For the money not worth it. Master bedroom bed frame was sticking out a foot that hurt running into, mini fridge in extra room didn’t get cold. Had burnt out light bulbs in bathrooms. Balcony had broken spot. Beds aren’t the most comfortable. We do love Surfsides location always great there. Just have room for improvement at this specific condo for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have sent maintenance over to replace some lightbulbs and check the mini fridge. The fridge appears to be cooling properly but sometimes it takes a moment to catch up when housekeeping has been in cleaning then guests come in and fill it up. We will keep a close eye out to ensure it is working properly and if not we can get it replaced right away. The HOA is aware of the spot on the balcony and have it on the list for repairs but I sent another email just now to follow up with them as a friendly reminder. We do appreciate your feedback and strive to ensure all of our guest have the best experience ever when booking with us. Hope to see you at the beach again soon!!

Destin Family Reunion - Surfside units 901 & 901A

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit, 901, furnished nice with great views. The boys and their families really enjoyed it. 901A was ok, a little tight for 2 people with really no place to put what one needs at the beach to make it memorable. The 2 complimentary beach setup were a nice touch. We rented a 3 setup for 3 days which allowed us to stay at the beach all day. The pool area was crowded and a little dirty so after the first day we decided not to use the pool. My only complaint was the AC in unit 901. We followed the instructions upon arrival, waited a day and temps never got below 78 with it being 79 most of the time in the unit. When I went down to see if someone could check it out they said I had to call a company, I called and the guy said he did not handle this unit, so I just gave up. I finally called the last day to the vacation rental place to log the complaint and they said I would have to wait till a repairman could get there, not me when in vacation, I don’t want to deal with AC issues especially at the price I paid for the unit. I would think you know when the unit is rented so why not have the air working properly so your customers don’t have to deal with it. One knows it’s hot in FL so AC is a necessity.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Thomas. When you called for the first time to report the a/c issues, the day before your departure, I stated I would have an a/c company come immediately to check it and you did NOT have to be there but you refused and stated you did not want someone coming in while you were not there? Immediately the next day, on your departure, I sent maintenance to check the unit and they found that the system was turned off so they turned it back on and it is working as it should. Maybe someone hit the wrong button? We work so hard to make sure all of our guests have the best time ever and when I spoke to you on the phone you were so angry and screaming maybe you misunderstood? While we are not perfect and strive for excellence maintenance issues does happen and we can have someone at the property as soon as its reported. In the future its recommended to always inform the rental company of any issues right away so that we may address them and you can enjoy your stay. Fortunately this was an easy fix by turning the a/c back to the on position.
