Adorable studio apartment in Gastonia

Summary:

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, private studio apartment. This stay is perfect for trips, medical professionals, college visits, etc. It is centrally located in the historic district of York Chester for travel to nearby activities as well as Charlotte without being in the big city. It’s a three minute drive to the FUSE District (Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment) and is south of Downtown Gastonia.



The Space:

This one large room studio is located above a detached garage in a residential neighborhood. One flight up from deck stairs leads to the patio and entrance. The studio is comfortable for two with one queen sized bed. In a pinch, the sofa can convert to a queen sized bed as well. A maximum of 4 (2 people per bed) would be doable but tight space-wise with little privacy. Home cooked meals may be prepared in the well-stocked kitchenette and table extensions raised for dining. A wall mounted television is provided for entertainment.

Note: Driveway and carport limit vehicles to 7’3”H x 7’3”W. Parking is in backyard. There is no parking on street.



Guest Access:

The second floor deck and apartment are available. The first floor of the garage is not available as it is locked with supplies.

Getting Around:

Important: Vehicle clearance is a maximum height and width of 7ft 3inches due to the carport and narrow driveway that lead to parking in the backyard. There is no street parking in front of the house. The front faces a main road. Studio allows for 1 parking space only.

2 other spaces are allocated to main house guests only.

Unregistered guests and/or animals will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. We do require the guest that booked to sign an agreement agreeing to our house rules.
