Our home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Pantry staples are here for you. We just ask that you replace anything you use the last of, please.

House sleeps 8-10 guests and extra guests are not permitted. There are cameras outside and your reservation will be canceled if you bring more than your reserved amount of guests. We take great care of our home and know you will enjoy it here. Parties are not permitted. Please do not tape or tack anything to the walls or use glitter or confetti. If there is evidence of any of these items, you will be subject to an extra $350 cleaning/repair fee.

The owner's closet is locked and guests are not permitted to access it. If there is evidence of tampering of the lock or someone enters the owner's closet the camera inside notifies us and the Sheriff's department will be dispatched and you will be asked to vacate the premisses and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. No sound is recorded so please be assured that your stay is private but a decibel meter is located in the owner's closet.
