Great place to stay! The host went out of her way to be hospitable. It was exactly how the property was descibed on the website. Very clean, & we had everything we needed, & Then some! We would definitely stay there again!

Had a few issues with a sink leaking and shower head leaking but they were prompt to getting that fixed. Wasn’t a fan of the shared pool but spent most of the time at the beach, so it wasn’t that big of an issue. Wish there was more trash bags to use for a long stay like we had. Overall satisfied with the stay and the property, would stay here again.

We were in town for an extended work trip; this home was perfect. It was well-maintained and had plenty of room for us to spread out. I would stay here again!

St. Augustine Getaway

My family and I had an enjoyable stay here. The property was in a great location to get to all the attractions in St. Augustine. We really enjoyed having a private pool all to ourselves.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and we really loved having the pool to ourselves. The kids definitely enjoyed it! They didn’t want to leave! Lipsy was an excellent host.

Quiet neighborhood and great location to the beaches

We had an amazing stay, although it was all for work. The neighborhood is quiet and just minutes away from the beach. The house amenities were excellent with a beautiful backyard. Not to mention working with Lipsy (our host) was great. She and her staff made our stay so easy and comfortable. Thank you for having us!

Excellent Experience

The property is very clean, spacious and very nicely furnished. Thanks to the host and the team for all their support during our stay. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent which was especially appreciated as we were there during Hurricane Milton.

Nice place convenient to downtown St. Augustine

This was an excellent choice for our family. It was a short drive to downtown St. Augustine and had all essentials like pots and pans, towels, cleaning products and washer and dryer to make your stay with little ones even easier. We brought our own pack and play for our baby to sleep in. The pool looked very nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy it during our stay (mid April). Thank you for an enjoyable stay and being so accommodating.

Large and Spacious

Very nice home with lots of space. The yard is lovely with beautiful flowers and trees. The host is prompt to answer questions and is very friendly. We really liked the location as it turned out to be close to Schooner’s restaurant which became a favorite! Ideal location for getting around the area quickly.

The residence was very clean and the host was very responsive regarding questions and concerns! The pool was wonderful and the house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 adults, 1 infant, and 2 small dogs! The bed my husband and I had was very comfortable but we've slept on much worse. We stayed in the room with the door to the backyard. The curtains blocking our room sheer so we were having to run from the bathroom to the otherside of the room for privacy. The other obstacle was having to constantly turn the air down to 70 due to the heat. The house stayed pretty warm and when this concern was brought up to the host, she adjusted the thermostat to 70 and had an AC maintenance guy come out and service it. Despite that, the thermostat was constantly going back up to 78 and had to be readjusted down to 70 about every 2 hours for the residence to be tolerable. Otherwise, it was a beautiful house with a very responsive host!

Great Stay!

We loved it here, especially the pool! I will say the lizards caught us off guard haha so maybe a note about them potentially being inside when we got there would have been nice! There’s also only one way to access the pool and it’s through someones room, so not the most convenient if you have a larger party. There was plenty of kitchen space and dishwater for our group, but i would bring an extra pan/pot if you plan to cook! Lispy was very communicative with us anytime we had questions, which was great!

Overall, it was good

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, with all the basics you need and close to downtown. Excellent communication with the property manager/owner. The house is like a townhouse A and B (we stayed in side A) and older than I expected. One thing I didn't like is that you may be sharing the pool with the other guests if you don't rent the full property. We were fortunate we had it for ourselves though. Also, You need a rack to hang towels.
