Bohemian Wells - The Pink Door | 3 Bedroom + Pool

Centrally located a short walk from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, this home is 6 minutes from El Paseo Blvd and downtown Palm Desert in sought after Indian Wells. Light and bright open concept main space brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together. Two sets of large glass sliding doors open up to the large outdoor covered living space. Open the three panel living room door to expand the space into the outdoor living, which includes dining space, adirondack chairs, and Weber grill.

Beyond the outdoor living, guests have access to a shared grass covered yard, basketball court, and community pool (please note pool is not heated during December and into February).

Back in the home, enjoy complimentary Nespresso espresso drinks or Keurig coffee and the use of a fully stocked kitchen, including refrigerator/freezer, oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, electric griddle, waffle maker, air fryer, and hand mixer.

4k Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room area include YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, and Paramount +.

Extremely fast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 500mbps.

Main Bedroom includes king size mattress, desk, blackout curtains, attached full bathroom, and walk-in closet with dresser.

Additional 2 bedrooms feature queen size mattresses in both, desk in one room, light darkening curtains, dressers in both rooms, and both rooms open up to patio with sitting area. Full bathroom including tub sits in between the 2 additional bedrooms.

Single car garage houses a washer and dryer as well as 2 cruiser bicycles and pool inflatables.

Pack 'n' play crib can be found in the house at all times.

Other things to note
Guests are required to pay a City of Indian Wells Transient Occupancy Tax of 12.25% and a Tourism Business Improvement District tax of 1%

Overnight occupancy (after 11pm) is limited to 6 guests. Guests who are found in violation of the occupancy total or noise restrictions will be fined up to $250 per night of their stay.
