***WE PROHIBIT DISRUPTIVE PARTIES and gatherings of over 10 people. Because we have community management and the nextdoor neighbors who expect reasonable peaceful environment, THE FINE PENALTY OF UNAUTHORIZED PARTY IS $5000.00 (five thousand dollars), FINE OF UNAUTHORIZED VISITORS IS $1000 per individual (one thousand dollars) , FINE OF UNAUTHORIZED PET IS $5000.00 (five thousand dollars) per pet. If discovered any unauthorized party and, or people, we will also call the felony law enforcement to help us evict your entire reservation immediately and you will still be responsible for all paid fees plus any unpaid fees , and following penalties related to your causes. ***MAX CAPACITY IS 10 people, at all times at the house. If you exceed, we will charge $60 per person per night between 3pm and 11am.

***24/7 SECURITY CAMERAS POLICY:

NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME but 2 cameras inside garage , 7 cameras OUTSIDE , 1 front door, 1 back door, 2 driveway, 1 outside gate , 1 right side, 1 left side of the house. All outside cameras can actively 24/7 record sounds, photos, videos.

We ONLY place camera devices in public, common areas such as garage, EXTERIOR boundary, front entrance door, back exit door, driveway, gates , left-right sides of the house , etc , for safety.

We NEVER/ DO NOT place cameras in your private bedrooms. EACH CAMERA FLASHES TO PUBLICLY INFORM YOU THAT THE PUBLIC AREA IS 24/7 RECORDING.
