I did want to provide a bit of clarification: we sent a maintenance technician to reset the Wi-Fi, and he confirmed it was working properly after the reset. He was also unable to recreate any issues with the toilets during his visit. We did our best to promptly address the concerns that were brought to our attention. Additionally, for clarity, the listing does outline the sleeping arrangements as follows: • Primary bedroom: Queen • Second bedroom: Double and single bed • Living area: Queen sleeper We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and feedback.

Thanks for your review. The hot water heater is a 50 gallon electric tank, but we'll check to make sure it's not on its way out. Thanks for letting us know about the toilet, we'll be sure to fix that issue. The damage waiver is standard practice for all guests, and as accidents do happen, it's best to ensure our guests are protected, as well as our owners homes.

Hi Michelle - thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your condo. In regards to the damage waiver during your stay - upon booking, you received an email from us that included details regarding the damage waiver, as well as a second email that was sent to you closer to arrival that also indicated the damage waiver information. Also, our guest services team calls all of our guests 2 days prior to their arrival to go over the damage waiver policy again. The damage waiver is a policy that all vacation rentals and hotels adhere to, to ensure that we are covered in case damages may occur during guests' stays. After feedback from our guests, we decided to offer 2 different types of coverage - a non refundable small fee depending on the size of the property, or a $200 per bedroom hold on the credit card which will drop off the card post departure. We pride ourselves in making sure that we communicate these policies to our guests via phone calls, and emails to ensure that our guests are fully aware of the damage waiver. We will be sure to keep these communications going and triple check that all of our guests are aware of the damage waiver policies prior to arrival. In regards to calling upon check out - we apologize that the call was so close to your check out time. We did have another guest arriving that day, and we were only wanting to ensure that you were checked out so we can get our housekeepers into the unit to clean right away so that our next guests can get checked in right away.
