This entire home was just remodeled and is now set up for all your vacation needs! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the main house with an additional bedroom located in the back yard next to the pool. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your at home cooking needs with modern appliances and dining table that seats 8. Smart TV's located in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the guests bedrooms. Backyard is totally set up for you with sparkling pool, BBQ, sun loungers, and couch seating.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom
Guest bedrooms 1 & 2 have one queen bed each
Pool side bedroom has 2 twin sized beds
Additional queen sized air mattress is available for rent upon request

Guests will have complete access to the property through an electronic access lock on the front door.

We do Self-Checkin - meaning that you can checkin on your own ANYTIME after 4pm.

Please be aware that there will be additional fees automatically applied for each guest after the 8th. It is an additional $75 each for a 9th and 10th guest. Only applied if the additional guests will be staying in the unit overnight :)

- Queen Air Mattress is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee for guests 9&10.

- GRACO Pack 'n' Play is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee.

- High Chair is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $20 Flat Fee.

If the unit is vacant one day prior to your arrival, we can offer Early Checkin for an additional flat fee of $30 :)

Checkout is at 11am sharp! An unplanned/uncommunicated late checkout anytime after 11:30 am will result in a $30 Late Checkout Fee. For every hour past 11:30 am, an additional $30 Fee will be applied until the unit has been vacated.

We may allow a pet upon request. There is a $250 fully refundable Pet Deposit required to cover any accidental damage to the furniture, walls, floors or unit. Payment can be sent through Airbnb and the deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after checkout and inspection of the unit. If the unit does require any amount of additional cleaning such as for hair removal, or damage repairs, etc then all costs associated will be deducted directly from the $250 pet deposit. Pets are treated as an extra guest, therefore there is an additional $35 charge per pet per night which can also be sent through Airbnb along with the deposit. If you are interested, we require the animal's breed, weight, a reference photo to be provided to us prior to check-in. No fees will be charged for service animals, we just ask that you disclose: Whether the assistance animal is required because of a disability & What work or task the animal has been trained to perform.

Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the property! Any evidence of smoking (vape, tobacco, marijuana, etc) will lead to a $1000 fine, as well as an additional deep cleaning fee of $200.
