We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at this property and appreciate the host’s hospitality and responsiveness. We shared feedback during our stay in the spirit of improvement and acknowledge the items provided in response, including bug spray, Drano, a new air fryer, and a larger frying pan, which we appreciated. We did notice several areas that affected comfort. There were bugs and trash outside, and a gap at the bottom of the front door that allowed bugs and debris inside. We used a towel at the base of the door as a temporary fix. The outlets were not compatible with many three-prong devices, limiting where we could charge electronics; the kitchen was the only reliable spot for a laptop. Using three-prong extenders or grounded extension cords could improve this. The kitchen sink occasionally gurgled and had an odor, and one kitchen window did not fully seal, reducing AC efficiency. In one bedroom and bathroom, window coverings did not provide full privacy, requiring temporary coverings. The shower temperature controls also took adjustment and were difficult for the kids. The washer/dryer in the garage was appreciated, though the space was quite dusty and could benefit from cleaning. Overall, the home has great potential with improvements to sealing, outlets, ventilation, window coverings, and cleaning. From a MoondaAura homestead audit perspective, this property would benefit from a full comfort-and-flow review to enhance guest livability.
