The Neighborhood:
Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

what a cute house! the layout of 2 apartments within one house was perfect for our ladies trip! with 6 bedrooms and 2 dens, we were very comfortable! I know there was feedback posts about the noise....it does start around 7am and ends at 5 or earlier....but we didn't find that it was an issue. I would recommend this home and this host!

Amazing!
Great stay for our bachelorette group!We rented the entire house for a bachelorette party of 9 girls and had an amazing time. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the house was super clean and very cute. YourPad had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even with nearby construction, it didn’t affect us at all. Would definitely recommend!

Had both A and B units. Ample room for the group. Amenities good. Very narrow driveway to access parking. Be advised that there is extensive demolition/construction going on across the street and on the surrounding blocks tearing down old warehouses to construct new housing. This project is in the early stages. Lots of noise and dust.

Great for large party
We had a fantastic time at daughter’s graduation! She lives in the Guild so it’s right out the back door. Property manager fantastic and available immediately ( mother-in-law had problem with lock and they sent someone right away!) and checked in often. Highly recommend

Birthday celebration
Very nice renovated property. Beds, linens decor all great. Beds especially comfortable. We were a party of 7- rented both spaces. We were not aware when renting that it wasn't a whole house- but two separate apartment linked by outside staircase and side porches. Outside seating not great- but your view is a construction site...so there's that. Very prompt communication from property. Great location- as long as you know that you will taking Uber or very long walk to most things, even though there are restaurants and bars closer. You may be (near) King Street but you are also a few blocks from highway... so you are at the top end of the "downtown" area.

The good and bad…
Pros: -very prompt communication and response from owner/ manager-close enough to King street, not a bad walk to shops and restaurants etc-clean property Cons:-listing and when pushed upon the arrival, described the construction as “finishing touches.” Clearly whoever wrote that had not been to the property in a long time. The construction was very much active, like started at 6am active…it was on all sides of the house and the view was effectively holes in the ground, a dilapidated home and multiple projects underway. The owner / manager did seem very apologetic for the sound and disruption but was insistent that it was only light construction…they are very wrong. - There are sound machines in every room…indicating that they we were in fact aware, but with two pregnant ladies on the trip, the aforementioned noise and house vibration from the construction was not ideal- the neighborhood directly around the house is very much a work in progress, if you want to be more down town I’d choose a house closer to the water or central King Street In summary, they did their best to be apologetic etc but this was not a great stay. They offered for us to move to another property but it was not big enough for our group. A for effort, C for accurate depiction of construction and impact.

The project is indeed in its final stages, though we understand even light construction can still be disruptive—especially with early hours and sensitive guests. To clarify, we include sound machines in all our properties as part of our standard amenities, not specifically due to construction. That said, we understand this wasn’t an ideal situation, and we truly appreciate your understanding and the grace with which you handled it.
