Take a stroll from our gated community to Whole Foods, Chauncey Social and the Scottsdale 101 shopping mall. Drive 5-10 minutes to the Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland, and the Phoenix Open. Located next to the Loop 101 freeway for easy access and a direct route to Super Bowl LVII. Our unit can sleep up to 4 with a pull-out bed and air mattress.
The space
Welcome to our fully gated community! Larronata is a quiet community located in North Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona. Our unit (Unit #2141) is on the second floor and offers a beautiful sunset view from both windows. You will have access to a covered parking spot (Spot # 4482) that can be seen from both windows. Guests are also free to park in any uncovered spot on the property. There are two pool areas (each with a pool, hot tub, and plenty of seating) on the property, along with multiple grills, and a clubhouse (with restrooms, a piano, a fireplace, a bar area, private rooms, and a fitness center). These amenities are all open for access until 11pm every night. To access the amenities, you will need a fob that will be provided along with a key to the unit in the lockbox on the front door of the unit (I will provide the lock box combination upon booking). The unit itself has two smart TVs (one in living room, one in the bedroom) and comes equipped with its own washer/dryer. There is a pull-out bed inside the sofa and an air mattress as well so the unit can sleep up to 4 people. There is also a mini fridge in the unit as well as a standard refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances you need, such as an oven, microwave, gas stove, air fryer, Keurig, and toaster oven. The bedroom has a dedicated workspace with a standing desk, in case you have to work virtually during your stay. We will provide the wifi name and password upon booking. The unit is cleaned before each guest and is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as extra blankets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. We are confident that you will have a wonderful stay in our cozy unit and hope you enjoy all that this area has to offer!

Guests will have full access to the unit and amenities for the entire duration of their stay! I will provide the gate code once you book so you can enter the property.

This is not just a rental property to us, but our home as well. We ask that you please treat it respectfully like you would your own home, for the entire duration of your stay. You are welcome to bring guests over but please keep noise levels to a respectful level for the sake of our lovely neighbors. Please also obey all listed rules on the property and please leave the key and fob inside the lockbox when you complete your stay! We will be available for contact if you have any questions or concerns about the property, so please don't hesitate to give us a call!
