Large comfortable Owner’s retreat featuring a sitting room with a vaulted ceiling. The owner's sitting room offers a Peloton bike & treadmill for use however, you must have your own active membership in order to login and use.

Owner’s bath has a double vanity, with a large shower and a separate water closet.

The laundry room is directly off the Owner's suite.

Bedroom 2 upstairs offers a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and t.v.

Bedroom 3 upstairs offers a FULL size bed, dresser, nightstand and t.v.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 4 is located downstairs off the kitchen and offers a pull-out full-size sofa bed and 60in" t.v.

Fully equipt Kitchen, open concept living room, office, and full bathroom.

Outdoor front seating area, under a covered porch with rocking chairs.

Come back from a day at the Master's and relax outside in the fully fenced back yard, offering a outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and blackstone. Relax under the covered sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided) and a 55" mounted t.v, plus dining seating for 6.

1. There are cameras covering the outside areas of the home. The exterior cameras are used to verify the number of guests that enter the home and for the general safety of the property.

2. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are NOT ALLOWED without prior approval. Parties, events, or gatherings are defined as anyone who is not an authorized guest/occupant (as per the reservation) and/or anyone exceeding the maximum allotment of guests. Use the Contact Host button to contact us before you book as no refunds will be given if you book and then don't get approved! Approval is contingent upon the following terms:

3. A refundable $600 deposit must be submitted. Upon satisfactory post-stay inspection, the deposit will be returned minus any damages. There are absolutely NO pets allowed on the property at any time.

4. There is a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $300 to rent the property.

5. Only 4 vehicles will be allowed, due to street parking laws and HOA regulations. Street Parking or parking on our grass is NOT permitted. If you have extra vehicles, please park them in a public parking lot elsewhere and additional guests must arrive via carpool, uber, shuttle, etc.

6. THIS PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vape pens and any other substances that create smoke or vapor. If caught smoking you will be charged an additional smoking fee.

7. Our home is thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Please treat our things as if they are your own.

8. While we allow a maximum of 10 guests in this home for large groups, this home only has sleeping and eating accommodations for 8. You are expected to bring your own accommodations for the 2 additional allowed guests. However, if you exceed the maximum number of 10 guests you will be charged an extra fee per night, per guest.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests are encouraged to contact us with any questions or needs at any time via VRBO message. Calling/Texting is reserved for emergencies only.

Guests will let themselves in via a smart security system.

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard, with the exception of the garage, owner's suite closet and under-stair storage closet.
