1 Bedroom / 1 Bath - Ocean Front Condo with 2 queen beds and Sleep Sofa to comfortably accommodate 4-6 people.

You are allowed 1 parking space for a 1 Bedroom condo at this property.

As well as the obvious attraction of being right on the beach, relax in style with amenities such as an outdoor and indoor pool, a lazy river, hot tub, kid’s splash area/pool, a sundeck plus a small fitness center on the 1st floor! This condo features 2 queen beds in a private bedroom along with a full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher and a kitchen table. It also includes a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a sleep sofa in the living room and a private balcony.

Great beach views, all the way down to Springmaid Pier. We are conveniently located in South Myrtle Beach, 1.4 miles from the airport (MYR), and close to all the area attractions including Broadway at the Beach, The Boardwalk, and Murrell’s Inlet with all the dining and entertainment options in and around The Marsh Walk. The resort includes Indoor and Outdoor pools, hot tubs, a kids splash area and a lazy river plus a fitness center &a sundeck. There is also a restaurant on site, and many other dining options within easy walking distance.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Relaxing
We had an awesome time visiting friends but the amazing property was even better…. It was very inviting and relaxing…. The balcony was great for decompressing after the day’s activities…. Even with the sliding door closed and sitting on the loveseat you can hear the sound of the waves crashing

Enough Room for Two
The condo was great for the two of us. I believe there were enough beds for many more, but it was pretty petite so I wouldn't insert too many more. The washer/dryer was a blessing that I was grateful for. I loved loved loved the balcony furniture. It sets you up high enough that you're not looking through the balusters when relaxing to the waves & watching the sunrise. My time on the balcony was fabulous. I would add some blankets in the closet for people like me who might get chilled in the night and possibly bring your own pillows if you can because although there are plenty of bed pillows, they're not comfortable by any means. After a couple of nights, I used the decorative pillows for my head. Also, one of the reasons I chose this property was that the description said "new mattresses". The bedroom beds are not comfy if you don't like firm beds. They shake terribly when you have to turn over and the mattress protectors were very noisy as well. It sounded like you were lying on a bed of plastic. We didn't sleep well at all. I would also add a rug at the entrance to possibly catch some of the sand when coming in from the beach. This property was well maintained. I saw people cleaning every time I turned around. The pools were great as you could use them at this building or the one next door. Nice workers everywhere. The cafe right next door was a wonderful advantage as well. The location was easy in and easy out.

Really enjoyed our stay
We were close to what we needed. Right on the beach it was beautiful. Didn't love the crunchy mattress toppers (they do make quiet ones). Kitchen could use just a couple more things. Manager super responsive.

Great Oceanfront Location
Couldn’t have picked a better spot to be right on the beach with access to multiple pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river for the kids! The room was clean and cozy, parking was easy, and rental management was quick to respond. Location of the parking garage, to elevator, to the room was close and convenient. The room had all of the essentials needed for kitchen and laundry. Can’t recommend this location enough and will definitely plan on using again next time we visit.
