This condo is a modern, two story, 3 bedroom and 2 bath suite, and 1 minute walk to Huntington Beach! With a peekaboo view of the Ocean! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. If home cooked meals aren't on the menu, the condo is only a short drive away from many of the local's favorite restaurants like Simmzy's, or Pacific Hideaway! Phuoc Loc Tho is only 8.1 miles away. Nothing beats the sunshine and weather that this area is blessed with year-round!



The Space:

The Master bedroom is a King Bed Suite that comes with it's own smart tv and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom includes a wonderful little make up table and is also completely renovated in an elegant shade of white. There is also a desk for all our road warriors! Don't forget the beautiful little electric fire



The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms each have plenty of breathing and stretching room and a smart tv in both! Bright and delightful, your friends and family will be just a happy with their memory foam mattresses!



The living room, dining area, and kitchen are an open design, so no matter where you are in the living space, you'll be apart of the conversation.



The fully stocked kitchen comes with a brand new modern fridge, gas stove and oven, and a Keurig to help start the day right!



Last but not least, don't forget the wraparound balcony where you can relax with the family and barbecue to your hearts content!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to their unit and their wraparound balcony! They also have their own 2 car garage.



The Neighborhood:

Whether you are by yourself or with your family, we have free bikes that you can reserve on a "first come, first serve" basis so that you can ride on the bike trail that lines the beach for over 11 miles! If you need a less physical ride or the bikes have been rented by others staying in the 4 Plex, Bike Rentals and Surf City Segway is only a few blocks away! Nothing beats the sunshine and weather that this area is blessed with year-round, and there is nothing like a nice ride by the beach with the wind in your hair! We also have free parking and a two-car garage for your own vehicles.



This condo is also in a perfect location to check out the sights and sounds of Huntington Beach and there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby. Whether its Huntington Beach Disc Golf Course, Huntington Central Park, Bolsa Chica State Beach, or the Huntington Beach Pier for the surf heads, everything is within a few minutes’ drive from the condo.

When you finally get back to your home away from home, there are plenty of things to do here as well. Take a second to breathe in that fresh beach air on our patio or play a quick game with the kids on our mini arcade machine. Need a place to work? We've also provided a workstation and free Wi-Fi for those road warriors who like to mix their work with their play. When it’s time to kick back and relax, you can retreat to your King sized Master Suite to binge all your favorite streaming tv shows on the 4K Smart TV that are in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We will have Netflix, Hulu, or Disney Plus available for when you get back from the beach and just want to lounge around!

Getting Around:

We have bikes for use! However the beach is only a minute walk away and uber is also always a great way to get around if you don't have a rental car!



Other Things to Note:

There will be a liability form for the bikes. Please sign those before riding and notify us that you've signed it!



For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located on the premises and they are always recording. There is a camera on the second floor balcony for they alleyway and a front door camera.
