Upstairs bathroom redone January 2020. Downstairs shower, sun room flooring, kitchen flooring, living room flooring (now hardwood), upstairs bathroom vent fan, and living room and kitchen lighting redone January/February 2023.

Easy access to downtown Idaho Falls, near a Pickleball Park, shopping and dining. 1 Hr 48 Min to Yellowstone Park, 28 Min to BYU Idaho in Rexburg, 44 Min to Idaho State University in Pocatello.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the home or on the property.

You will have access to the entire house, except for the owner's room downstairs, which is locked. Kitchen has all the amenities to prepare your own food. Water feature in front yard. Fenced back yard.

Other things to note
This is a NO SMOKING house. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or drugs in the house or anywhere on the premises. If you are a smoker, we respectfully ask that you do not book this house. No animals are allowed. You will be charged a $500 penalty and extra cleaning fees if you violate this rule. Please help us to keep an odor free home for our guests.

We are a shoeless house. Please bring something suitable for indoor wear.
