Summary:

Relax in this second-floor space. On the bay, this retreat is a short walk from the beach, the recreation center, and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. This unit has access to the newly completed pool located between 617 & 611 Bay Esplanade buildings. The spacious bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed. Pull out sofa in living room is queen-size. The living room features hurricane-rated sliding doors that open to the deck and Clearwater Bay. Dining area seats four. Grill your fresh seafood outside. Jolley Trolley nearby.



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.

-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry room is located at 617 Bay Esplanade and is free for guests to use. It is located on the far side of the building.

-Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rentals company delivers.
