Less than 5 miles to DT Seattle, University of WA & Pike Place Market.

Full size washer & dryer and powder room on main level. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Master bathroom has vaulted ceilings, heated floors and spa like shower. Step out of the french doors off the kitchen to a peaceful court yard that has lots of seating on the deck, gas fire pit and overhead string lighting for relaxing evenings. Home is a smart home with voice controlled lights and music through out the home.

Home has high-speed fiber internet with smart television w/ access to Netflix and Amazon TV.

Scheduled Vendors
We have a few vendors that come by to ensure that the property exterior is maintained:

1. Landscaper comes by every other week to maintain the yard
2. Pest control will come by once a month

While we will try our best to not have the vendors come by during your stay, we cannot promise that it won't happen, thank you for your understanding.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. Noise disturbances are taken very seriously and can result in cancellation and removal from the premises.

Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

All security cameras & audio recording devices will be on.

Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises. The guests recognize that they may purchase personal insurance to protect themselves in these circumstances. Must be at least 25 years of age to book, government issued ID upload required, guest rental agreement & security deposit up to $500 required.

Checkout Instructions
- leave used linens on bed
- place used towels in washer
- place dirty dishes into dishwasher & start a load
- let us know of any issues (i.e. bulb out, broken mug etc.) so we may fix/replace right away
- send a note to let us know once you've left & safe travels!

Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, please let us know & we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
