Beautiful place & great location

This is a beautifully appointed unit in an unbeatable location. Modern amenities, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels available, and the beds were very comfortable. We look forward to staying here the next time we travel to Aspen.

long wedding weekend.

first time in aspen for a wedding. the unit was clean, updated and packed with so many helpful amenities. the location was perfect as we could walk to everything. thank you Kylie , you were the best with gaining access and answering questions through out our stay.

Great condo, great location

Ben's place was awesome and in an unbeatable location (about 100 feet away from the gondola). The place is very nicely furnished, with a comfortable living room (with huge TV and great fireplace), a well stocked kitchen and three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and high-end. Communication was very easy and they were very proactive. A nice touch was that Ben met us personally and showed us around the unit and got us oriented. All of downtown Aspen is a few minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Pefect Fall Getaway at North of Nell

I recently stayed at this stunning condo in Aspen, and I can't say enough good things about it! The unit is modern and beautifully designed, featuring high-end finishes that truly elevate the experience. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the best restaurants and shops, and the fall scenery was breathtaking! Our host was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She promptly answered all our questions and provided great local tips, which really enhanced our experience in Aspen. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious and convenient stay in Aspen during the fall. I can’t wait to return! 5 Stars hands down.

Stayed here for business trip. Condo immaculate, the additional refundable deposit aides in the care from guests. The host and manager of the property saw to every need. Definitely worth every dollar. The location is ideal. The amenities were premium. Highly recommend this property. Will go back to enjoy the local charm of this special city. Angelos was the place to enjoy a beautiful patio and the best gourmet cuisine. Anna Zuckerman, a jewelry shop was impressive. Paradise was a favorite for coffee, pastries and premium gelato. The perfect paring to a phenomenal residence at Little Nell. Parking was so convenient. Location provided a short walk to all local businesses. The views were breath taking. Put this one on your bucket list.

I’m scared to say how good it was because I’ll never be able to rent it again myself if I do.

It’s the absolute best location in town as it’s overlooking the gondola and Gorsuch. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kylie who showed us everything in the condo — she even surprised us with Easter baskets for my kids and Rose for us moms. The beds and linens are very nice, even the silverware is beautiful. There is proper coffee and tea. All the necessities in the kitchen are stocked, even things like salt and olive oil. They are not skimping. I think the owner lived there and designed it for himself so it is very nicely decorated with real down sofas, cell phone chargers, automatic black out shades, etc. Later, when our flight got cancelled as we were about to roll our luggage out to catch an Uber to the airport (high winds, Aspen!) we met the owner. He was the absolute nicest and coolest Australian guy. He told me to take my time as the next renter’s flight was delayed in coming in and then he asked the housekeepers work around us as I began calling the airlines. He talked to my kids as I was scrambling to make a plan and offered to help us get another place in the building if we needed it. This place is an absolute gem. I had to write this review because the humans involved were so kind, if I had never met them, I wouldn’t write it as I’d want to keep this all to myself. It’s that good. All I can ask is that he lets our family rent it one week out the year.
