200 year old, large 138 m2, newly renovated designer luxury apartment is a one of a kind with original stone tiles, wooden beamed ceilings and brick walls, art, new furniture and beds, fully equipped kitchen plus 2 x modern bathrooms.
Amenities provided fiber optic internet, 55" Smart TV, air conditioning/heater, dishwasher, French press & De Longhi coffee machine with coffee choices plus wide selection of teas.
A bottle of red & white wine along with a fruit bowl, chocolates & nuts await you.
In the very heart of Malaga, 1 block from the main concert hall, Teatro Cervantes, 2 blocks from Picassoâs Plaza de la Merced to the nightlife capital of Malaga, Plaza Uncibay.
As you enter the Puerta Roja, you will immediately be in the hallway leading to the brand new 2 bathrooms on the right hand side with Eco friendly soaps, shower gels and shampoo. On the left hand side are the two bedrooms with new firm luxury Queen sized mattress along with 300 cotton cotton bedsheets. Hanging closet space for two along with bedside tables with 3 drawers each and an additional 2 drawer 3 shelf console for more clothing space. Each room has a standing clothing rack for coats, towels, etc.
Kitchen is fully equipped for someone who likes to cook along with a Delonghi Nescafe coffee machine, french coffee press, tea water heater, filtered water and more. Wine and water glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, 6 sets of plates and bowls all ready for a meal with friends and family.
Dining room has 5 chairs and a glass table with placemats. Reading room has a single sofa bed and a room for a 5th guest but great place to relax and read a book.
USB outlets in kitchen, bedrooms and living room to recharge your phone or watch a movie on your laptop.
Living room has a sofa that seats 3 comfortably along with 2 comfortable chairs and a large ottoman. Large 55" Smart TV with guest access to any movie on Netflix or You Tube. Music blue tooth tube works with your laptop/cell phone to connect and listen to your favorite music.
5 x split level Air conditioners/heaters with remote control are in living room/dining room/3 bedrooms. Open the 2.5 meter tall windows and stand on the little balconies for fresh air and to be a part of Malaga in the heart of the city.

This apartment puts you within 5-10 minute walking distance of all the ancient sights/museums of Malaga and only 1km from Malagaâs sprawling sandy beaches. It also offers you 5 small private balconies overlooking both Calle Carcer and Calle Alamo and is surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, coffee houses, museums, best ice cream shop, bookstores, unique retail, bars and much more
1) The apartment is completely renovated so please be extra careful with all of the appliances/kitchen/furniture/TV
2) No shoes or food on the sofa/ottoman/chairs/beds
3) Please do not touch or remove artwork
4) We are an ECO friendly apartment.

I look for specially located over 200 year old city center properties, renovate them from top to bottom, trying to save as much of the original details, and then open them up as unique short term rentals.

This is a corner apartment on the first floor where the wealthy family members lived 200 years ago. The children were on the second floor and servants on the top floor making the first floor have all the details we look for in abundance. This amazing property is a corner unit with 5 small balconies on Calle Carcer which was one of the main streets in Malaga 200 years ago until today. 4 meter high ceilings, original stone tile floors all blended with artwork, interesting furniture, a variety of designer lighting, glass dining room table and much more to bring out the magic of a unique property.
