3 minutes walking distance to Kroger Field Stadium, Central Baptist Hospital and University of Kentucky. Perfect location for entertainment, shopping and dining options Lexington offers. 2 miles to Fayette Mall, 6 miles to Keeneland Race course and 2 miles to Rupp arena.

Guest access
Seating in the front yard and the fire pit/ hammock on the back yard is shared with the upper unit guests.
Unit 1 has direct access to fully fenced backyard.

Other things to note
Street parking permit is required M-F from 7:00 am till 5:00 pm.
For this unit, parking pass is available for the street parking up to 2 vehicles. Guests are expected to leave the parking pass prior to check out. Failure to do so will result in $200 fee.
If you are staying only for the weekend, you do not need a parking pass and you can park as many vehicles as you have.
Please beware the street gets really busy on game days so please plan accordingly.

Pets are only allowed with prior approval by the host. Please contact the host and provide following information.

There will be $50 nonrefundable fee per pet per stay. Please be responsible pet owner, keep pets off the furniture/beds and clean after your pet.
Pets should not be left alone in the unit for long period of time. Please use the sunroom as pet room and avoid pets roaming free around the apartment while you are not around.
Please do not bring your pet(s) without approval by the host as it will result in additional fees. We love animals, please understand the additional cleaning/planning required to accommodate your fur babies.
