Great cottage in Chevy Chase

Amazing stay at this beautiful bungalow. Well equipped and updated. Easy off street parking, super safe neighborhood, walked to restaurants and bars. I was in town for a college track meet, perfect location as I could walk to the UK track. Loved it!

The house is very clean. I cooked meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the backyard. Great location for UK campus activities. Host very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house to enjoy Lexington

Nice house in a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to Chevy Chase bars and restaurants. Also close to other Lexington attractions and campus. Simple fenced in backyard that our pug appreciated. Definitely would book again.

Great Location

The bungalow was all that was promised and more! It was a great base from which to visit family and friends in the Lexington area, and a nice kitchen to prepare a meal as well. Highly recommend this location - also a nice fenced in yard for my dog as well!

Perfect quick trip

This place did not disappoint. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. I absolutely fell in love with the kitchen and the bathroom. The host was amazing. Of all the houses I’ve booked, this one is by far the best! I will definitely be booking this home again.

Loved this house! Perfect location! House clean amd well apppinted. Host thought of all the little things that make a stay great! Coffee, makeup remover wipes, little snacks. Could not ask for better! Great communication.

Another excellent stay

Our third visit to this home and once again we had an amazing visit, walked to the UK football game and the many restaurants nearby. Excellent location, very comfortable home with recent upgrades to bedding.

Great stay in a great location!

This property was perfect when my friend and I traveled to Lexington for my daughter's moms weekend. We had ample room to spend time together and were close to the university and restaurants. Cathy included many nice touches throughout the property, and we hope to return during my daughter's time in Lexington.
