An Exceptional Condo located in the best area of City Place West Palm Beach. The building provides 24/7 security and doormen, concierge service and valet parking. Tenants can enjoy the fantastic pool area surrounded by palm trees and private seating areas, lounge area and a beautiful gym with the latest equipment.

The owner requires a minimum of one-month lease.
Prospective tenants must get approval by the condo association.

Balcony/ Construction Issues

Very clean unit and hospitable host. We were greeted with a lovely gift basket of food and toiletries. Very bright unit with big windows and a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very nice linens and towels. The parking spot is awesome. It is located next to the garage door and very close to the unit. Unfortunately, the carpet in the bedroom was dirty and very worn and one of the lamp shades in the bedroom was worn with burn marks from the light bulbs. There were no lamps in the living room and only overhead ceiling lights. There was no area rug under the coffee table which made the unit stark and uninviting. I was told the bed was king when it was a queen and it had a very soft and uncomfortable mattress. I was also told two days before arrival that the exterior of the building was under construction and I would not have access to the balcony for a few days. I was barricaded in from the outside. I could not open the sliding door to the balcony or walk out onto it until March 25. Fortunately the host agreed to compensate me with a discount towards the monthly fee which I was grateful for but it did not make up for the majority of my stay which was not very pleasant due to the construction and inaccessibility of the balcony. I rented the unit because it had a balcony and a king size bed. I am confident these issues can be resolved by the host for the next tenant as the unit has potential to be very nice.

We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly with the cleanliness of the bedroom carpet. We do a regular industrial cleaning of the bedroom carpet and rest assured, we have taken immediate steps to perform a deep cleaning to ensure that our future guests do not encounter a similar issue. (If you had mentioned this during one of our conversations during your stay, we would have promptly organized a quick cleaning right away) Regarding the bed size discrepancy, we apologize for any confusion. As we are Europeans, we are not 100% familiar with US bed sizes and we trusted someone's advice on this matter. We have corrected our listing to accurately reflect the queen-sized bed in the unit. Additionally, we understand the importance of a comfortable mattress and will be looking into options for improving this aspect of the bedroom for our guests' comfort. We regret any inconvenience caused by the construction work outside the building during your stay. This was mostly due to miscommunications with the HOA and delays in the works. We strive to communicate any disruptions promptly, and we understand your disappointment about the balcony's temporary inaccessibility. We are glad to hear that our offer of a discount on the monthly fee was appreciated, although we understand that it may not have fully compensated for the inconvenience you experienced.
