These two houses (0.5 miles apart) are the perfect combination for a large group looking for a retreat in Dahlonega wine country. This pet-friendly (pet fee applies*) listing is for renting both houses, though each can be rented separately. You can read reviews of each property individually to see what our guests have to say about them.

The main home will amaze you with its outdoor amenities, including the basketball/pickleball court, trampoline, six-person hot tub, and large fire pit, not to mention the fireman's pole inside.

The main floor of the home features a library room, a large master suite with a separate dressing room, a spacious dining room and kitchen, and of course the fireman's pole leading to the lower level (or you can take the stairs if you're boring).

Downstairs you will find a bunkroom and four other bedrooms with queen beds. There's also a theater room with a projector and Street Fighter 2 arcade game. All bedrooms have either a smart TV or a TV with an Amazon FireStick.

The second home is a quaint but spacious cottage (~1200 sq ft) and is located just 0.5 miles from the six-bedroom home in the heart of Dahlonega Wine Country. Pet-friendly* and featuring two bedrooms with queen beds and two full baths (one ensuite), this home is great for up to six guests. Sleeping options for extra guests include a queen air mattress and a twin rollaway cot.

Our guests find this stylish cottage charming with its unique, locally-sourced antique décor. The cottage features a gas fireplace, spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. With almost half an acre of fenced area, it's a great place for your pets or kids to play, and the yard also includes a fire pit, horseshoe pit, and kennel with attached dog cabin. For those who want to stay connected, the cabin comes equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a 58" smart TV, and voice command speakers throughout the house.

The larger home sits on over 18 acres and has excellent privacy, however, we are not an event venue. The smaller house is on a one acre lot in a small subdivision.

- Guests from the smaller house may share the amenities at the larger home, but no more than 14 guests sleeping overnight at the larger home, and no more than six in the smaller one.
- The road to the larger house is a bit bumpy, but you do not need four wheel drive or a high clearance car.
- We have a Ring doorbell at the front door of the larger house.
- The fireman's pole access is locked, and the combination to the lockbox for the key will be provided to the guest that books after reservation. If you choose to unlock the fireman's pole you assume all risk.
- The trampoline is only to be used under adult supervision, and guests assume all risk.
- The fenced-in yard at the smaller house is a combination wood and wire fence (the wire is hard to see in the photos), but the fence will hold your dog.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: *There is a pet fee for all pets that are not service animals. The pet fee is $85 plus tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and $60 plus tax for each additional pet. The tax rate is 16%. The first pet will be included in your booking total if you select "Pets" when booking. Please let us know about any additional pets right after you book and we will charge your payment method before your stay. We handle additional pets manually so pet fees are more affordable for guests.

Q: What if I accidentally damage something?
A: There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if the guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method.

Q: Is there a fee for extra guests?
A: Please select the correct number of guests when booking, as there is a $15 (per person, per night) extra guest fee for each guest after 16.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.

Q: What kind of coffee maker do you have?
A: Our property has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.

Q: Do you provide firewood?
A: We do not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at any of the local gas stations or grocery stores.

Q: Is the gas fireplace available to use year round?
A: The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.

Q: What kind of grill do you have?
A: We have a propane grill and a charcoal grill. We provide propane, but do not provide charcoal.

Q: When is check-in/checkout?
A: Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $50 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $50 per hour.

Q: How do I check in?
A: The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.

Q: I thought I saw a different booking price the other day. Why did the price change?
A: This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.

Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.

No music, loud noise, or sound-amplifying equipment outside between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Guests from the smaller house may share the amenities at the larger home, but no more than 14 guests sleeping overnight at the larger home, and no more than six in the smaller one.

No pets without a pet fee. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought.

Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS.

Guests who leave the place excessively dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Examples of excessively dirty are stains on the floors and walls, pots and pans left unwashed in the sink, and trash left on the floor and outside.

Any guest that checks in early without written permission may result in a $50 per hour fee.

Any checkout after 10:00 am without written permission may result in a $50 fee.

Any checkout more than 2 hours after check out will result in a fee for the entire daily rate, without any discounts, and guests will still not have rights to the property.

Any guests checking out late that cause us to refund the next guests are subject to reimburse us for that amount, on top of the fees previously stated.
