We wish you had reached out during your departure so we could have addressed this. Our cleaners often arrive early and wait in their vehicles or drive around the neighborhood in hopes of getting a head start when guests depart early. Their intention is never to make anyone feel rushed, and we apologize that this was your experience. We’re also sorry we weren’t able to get the coolers to you within the timeframe you had hoped for. Guests often leave behind unopened food, beverages, coolers, and other beach items they can’t take home, so there was some confusion on our end. We apologize for the mix-up and any frustration it caused. Lastly, we want to clarify that we never intended to place blame on you. We sincerely apologized for the situation and regret that it left you feeling otherwise. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify.
