We have wonderful neighbors, so noise should be kept at a reasonable volume after 10pm and before 8am.

I liked the property it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, just as advertised. It was near the attractions and walking distance to the beach. We really had a good time and enjoyed our stay. It was also in our price range. Communication was great between me and the host. Well informed about all things. Drink your coffee while watching the boats in the "mini marina" sway gently in their slips. Check out the dolphin that cruise right out your door! Explore the beach life, nature, fun and art to be found in Johns Pass and all throughout Madeira Beach! Do not forget to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico sunset that is a short walk away! Our cozy space is super comfortable for 2, a bit of a squeeze for 4 but the newer couch (12/22) make it comfortable. This space provides you with everything you need, in the very best location to enjoy your visit to this awesome destination!
In addition to our King bed, there is a nice comfy love seat which is different from the picture, as we just changed it out and did not have a chance to get an updated picture prior to our next guest arriving. This will be updated soon! We will provide extra linens when bookings for more than 2 are made. This fun and casual beach apartment makes up for its lack of luxury with its comfort, conveniences and especially location. Steps from Johns Pass and a short walk to the beach! Bring your fishing poles to fish right off the dock or take a short walk to fish under the bridge in John’s Pass! It has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town!

This Fishing village retreat is located on the back of the property of a 10 unit apartment complex. The complex is small and has a very neat Florida fishing village vibe to it. The back yard is shared as well as the docks. Feel free to go enjoy and mingle with the other people if you would like, or enjoy the privacy of your space in THE BEST LOCATION you can find!
If you have a boat you would like to bring, there is often dock space as well as trailer storage available for a small nightly fee. Please message us ahead of time for more details.
