This home is located in the Rotonda Lakes neighborhood, with the five golf courses at Rotonda Golf & Country Club all within a six-mile drive. If you're a beach-goer, you can easily explore Englewood Beach (nine miles), Stump Pass Beach State Park (10 miles), Boca Grande (13 miles), and Manasota Key Beach (15 miles).

The back patio provides a wonderful setting for morning coffee, evening barbecues on the gas grill, and everything in between. After a beautiful day spent at the beach, come home to cool off with a dip in the pool, unwind in cushioned seats on the shaded lanai, and cozy up by the firepit once the sun goes down.

The home's interior is bright and uncluttered, offering central air conditioning and an easy sense of minimalism throughout. It's also a great space for indoor-outdoor living, with the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom suite all opening directly to the patio. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, plentiful space for homemade meals at the dining room table, and TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
